You don't have to gamble, they always go into the store ~1 month into the next league.

Oh for sure. I typically like to support them when I am playing the league though.

I will just spend my money on something deterministic, as I do in the past.

My complaint is the quality really shows here, and it REALLY lacks elsewhere as of late.

is there an achievement for recieving everything out the box , i opened 64 as mentioned in a comment above and want to make sure i got everything and have no way in telling if i did.
