Cannot rename new character and thus not play

Like titel. Please fix. Cannot name character. Triangel button doesn't work

This is also happening on xbox. the keyboard wont appear to name the character. so cant log in since I can not create a character without naming them.

A way around this issue is to just plug in a keyboard and type your name. Atleast thats what I did to by pass it since xbox has keyboard support idk if you can do this on playstation
