New and Changed Gems in Path of Exile: Settlers of Kalguur

Patch notes:

>Boneshatter of Complex Trauma: Now has a Mana cost of 9 at gem level 1, scaling up to 12 at gem level 20 (previously 5 at all gem levels). Now deals 8% more Damage per Trauma, up to 200%, with values of 15% at gem level 20 (Damage unchanged, previously had no cap). Now has 231% Effectiveness of Base and Added Damage at gem level 1 (previously 200%), scaling up to 338% at gem level 20 (previously 250%).

And on the gem reveal:

>Removed
+0.2 metres to Melee Strike Range

Which is it? PoB says we keep the 0.2 range, the new gem info says its removed, on the patch notes it only says 0.2 nerf is for boneshatter only, not the transfigured gems. Which is it GGG?

Divine Retribution at 390% effectiveness still at lvl 20 reads like a typo. that's the lvl 1 effectiveness.
LOGIN, the new before and after feature on this is nice
Is there a limit on Rupture Support? its not specified on gem info here
Blazing Salvo untouched?

I think there isn't, due to the faster bleed effect of a rupture stack.
Why is there a duration tag on Divine Retribution and not the other retaliation skills (other than the warcry one)? I feel like neither or all should have the tag based on the similar gem descriptions.

Weird, it looks like you really don't want us playing witches this league.
Heya, long time, no complaint.

The Desecrate changes in combination have more or less killed the concept of community spectre banks.

Basic math:
A not uncommon zoo setup is to have 5 spectres. Given those numbers, you now have a 3% chance to hit a specific spectre you are looking for per desecrate.

In a Wraithlord setup, it gets worse as that 15% chance gets diluted more and more, down to 1.7% at the 9 spectre setup.

Now, if that was IT, it'd be painful, but fine. But now we also no longer have the ability to raise the spectre's of other players.

This means if a player is Spectre banking say, Spectral Leaders from T17 maps (rarely more than a 1 of), you'd have a, maximum, 5% chance per casting of that user to raise a Spectral Leader. If you were trying to share them, that's a substantial amount of time being wasted just to raise a single specific spectre.

Given that in even in prior leagues it could be irritating to raise a specific spectre in a spectre sharing setup, has there been any consideration to the extreme QOL nerf this entails for the summoning playstyle?

With the other changes to Desecrate in regards to Detonate Dead, are these other changes/QOL nerfs even required? Because it's legitimately pretty disheartening.
VERY nice.
