Yeah, its the same as the Slayer crit node: Whatever the block chance of your shield is, its now treated as if it were 50%

Technically the gladiator will be a walking fortress... 95%/95% chance to block attacks/spells with minimal setup the rest will get mitigated by armour or resistences through some way or sucked up dry by some Petrified blood shananigans... Now the only problem will be the damage I guess...But since minimal investment will be done to be technically immortal there won't be such a problem scaling some skill Not talking here about telegraphed one shot mechanics which if you do not block you are dead.
