Unrecognized task serialised by server;missing registration

Just recently the game has begun to start crashing on 3 of my characters, all of which attempt to zone into Karui shores and all receive the following error:Unrecognized task serialised by server;missing registration" This only appears to happen on these characters all in Standard League.

Any thoughts or assistance would be appreciated!

Started happening on one of my characters, a raider.

Saw another thread saying that they tracked the problem down to the Dash gem. By any chance, are those three characters of yours using the same movement gem?

Interesting. 2/3 are using frostblink while only one is using Dash.

Having the same problem with a few characters in standard if I attempt to login to them at the start....but if I log in as on of my SSF characters and then switch characters to the one I want in standard, it gets me into the game

It's back. I go to log into my standard characters and I get the following error: "Unrecognized task serialized by server; missing registration" So, I logged into a character I don't play that has no skill tree points and now I can log into my standard characters. Perhaps this is a work around?

I just tried this since a few others are posting. I do not experience issues at all with this game.

Logging in on a current Necropolis character this issue does not happen.

Logging into a Standard character with the ability to reassign skill points on the tree for free then trying to load into Karui Shores the error message displays and the game exits.

Also, if the character was initially last logged out in any town other than Karui Shores, the game seems to load fine.... until you try to waypoint to Karui Shores then the game exits with the same error.

Deleting the files/folders in ShaderCacheD3D12 does nothing (same issue)

I'm 1440p + DX12
Standalone Client

Also seeing this trying to log into my standard char.


Edit, if I log into a standard character based somewhere else (Lioneye's Watch for example) and then try to go to Karui Shores from there, it also crashes with this. Appears to be related to Karui Shores.

The workaround posted by sllim_tnarg worked for me. Logged in SSF toon first, back to character selection, then was able to log into Standard toon.

This does work. I do not have any SSF characters.

I made a lvl 1 SSF Standard and after the beach loaded i logged back to character select and the characters that were locked out of Karui Shores were able to load back in again.

This is still a bugged issue and I'm sure GGG will look into it soon.

So this issue seems like its back I just got it. Same display pop up and then crash.
