Zooming Issue?

Hi everyone, i am one of the unlucky few that can only play from my playstation. Without any PC. When i click on links of peoples passive trees, it directs me to this website. But when i try to move the passive tree to look anywhere besides in the center of the tree, it just zooms in or out within my browser itself, and not within the tree. I tried looking up threads, though it seems like any time an issue like this has been brought up in years, its always immediately archived and comments are turned off. If it doesnt work for mobile id rather you guys, or someone please say that. So i do not have to keep getting upset that i cannot see others trees when i check ouy their build and think im missing something because it should be working. Full screen does not change anything.

Just want a valid answer, from a company that has put this much passion into a solid game, a little advice on why i cannot see or test out the passive tree on the main site. Regret orbs Dont come cheap lol. Ty
