Is anyone else having problem selling stuff that you farm in the game?

I didn't realize so many have quit already, but I'm finding it difficult to sell anything, even at reduced prices. Heck, even T17s don't seem to be selling anymore.

Here Here!

Like others have eluded to in this thread, with 7k online players (down from 150+ thousand a month ago), you may be able to still sell currency, i.e., maps, scarabs, essences), but with actual items.... forget it.

Only way this will change will be:
1) GGG finds a nifty way to reinvigorate the league
2) Patch 3.25
3) POE 2
4) D4, LE, NRFTW games mysteriously vanish

Enjoy!

Obviously I'm no expert, but isn't it the effect of the 'crafting league'. I remember similar complaint in Harvest, that you can't sell any items, because everyone is crafting mirror gear for themselves.

You have a good point here, but as the conversations exist with many players not liking the state of this "crafting" necropolis league, the amount of God-tier items are not as abundant as you think. The ones currently listed on trade are well out of reach for most of us plebs who might have about 3 - 4 hours per week to have fun with this game.

Before I quit, I had crafted two very good items but it took a tedious amount of time (craftofexile, spreadsheets, online theory gy sites like https://sudos.help/poe/graveyard) and I'm certain that many others like me were like... oh hell no, I'm not going through that again.

I wish GGG would make a league that blends seamlessly into the game that rewards players for participating and, additionally, provides a greater reward for taking greater risks rather than punishing players for trying out something new or taking risks.

Now, GGG could try to salvage this league with a patch to invigorate the player-base and perhaps bring those who stopped playing back to the game. Maybe adjust the drop rates, currency, etc.., or make certain aspects of the crafting mechanic simpler, but that ship has sailed I'm afraid.
