Nah it‘s fine people just need to get better at the video game. The expectation to always be able to run all content on a single build without making situational changes is complacent and lazy.

Like I said, they‘ll 100% make them easier next league. You can lay back, play some LE or D4 and come back for 3.25 and find a new issue to rally against

No, we don't need to "git gud" just because the game is badly balanced. The problem isn't the players. And I have no idea what LE is nor do I play d4 omegalul

C'mon man... u played the same build for 3 leagues, in a row I guess.

It's the exact scenario ArtCrusade mentioned. GGG introduces new content that just doesn't fit ur build.

T17s aren't content that's made for everyone at the moment, but it's certaintly doable by a lot of builds.
U just feel fomo, because ur old uber build can't do it.

When Simu 30 or Uber Bosses were first introduced, guess what... not every build could do them, I'd argue even less builds were able to compared to T17s now.

I'm not saying T17s are in a good spot, but it's nowhere near the doomsaying u're doing right now. They'll be improved next league and that's it.
In terms of people quitting Necropolis I think T17s play a very minor role.

The problem is that they moved all the best rewards to t17s, so yes ofc people will feel extreme fomo. What's the point of even playing at all when you can't print as many divines as the people farming them? There is no point. That's why people quit+all the insane exploits that were patched way too late. And we currently have 0 info or confirmation that they plan on reworking these maps, so it isn't even guaranteed that they will improve them. They might leave them as is, which would be really really bad.

It's different from wave 30 simulacrum or uber bosses, those things weren't dropping 50 bajillion t0 uniques and 2000 alteration orbs and making you multiple mirrors per day were they?

Obviously not, but is ur only fun in PoE getting as rich as possible? Otherwise there's still plenty of other ways to get currency. The market corrects itself, as u can see with prices for everything that's farmable in T17s. MB and Headhunter for example are dirt cheap compared to stuff that's outside of mapping.

U probably won't compete with those guys farming T17, but even then u'll probably NEVER compete with them anyway. (unless u got a good party going, but then u would be able to do T17s already)

They didn't tho. FOMO always exist, except majority of people can understand and control it.
Biggest compliments for my crafted items - "bs, they must have been RMT'ed"

It quite literally did happen. And no, not everyone can "control" fomo. It's just a thing that happens as a result of how the game is atm.

Because designing the game for group players is sooooo good. Only those people that flashbang their screen while they run at mach 10 with an aurabot and farm these maps all day get to have fun, but the rest of us don't get to have any fun. Do you see now why people quit this league? On top of the gravecrafting being the worst crafting mechanic to be ever created in this game aswell. On top of corpses being annoying, the UI being bad.

ok, u basically answered my question, even tho u ignored it.

"sorry u feel that way" and fomo is a hell of a drug, I guess.
I took 7 weeks off to clear my thoughts on POE and it's present state. I built a new character, and now my original thoughts on the present state of the game are confirmed. This game as it sits today is just hot ****. None of the changes done in 3.24 add to the fun of the game. Done again I guess. I will see if anything is changed latter this week and if not then I just won't be playing much of this going forward. Certainly won't be spending money on it to support this type development.
