An option to select which beasts for Einhar to automatically release would be fantastic

I disagree, they should just update the entire system.

Get rid of the zoo, spreadsheet all monsters then remove yellow beasts entirely or convert them to a unified resource that doesn't require any specific information associated.

The epic battle idea is also great and i'd love that.

Point that im going for is its a very outdated system with plenty of messiness associated - the whole thing should just be streamlined.
