Essences Not Dropping Sometimes - Bug 404,369,795

This bug still exists. Its happening in Necro Settlers quite frequently. I have a source of cull but thats about it. It can happen with no scarabs, when it happens the enemy turns into black and green ash.

I haven't played for like 2 years prior to Necro, so not sure if this is a expected animation now.
