[ PS 5 ] Comos Weapon effect bug or Cosmic Turtle Hideout bug?

I don't if anyone els got this issue same as me but visual effect of Cosmos Weapon Effect getting slowly dissappear when i stand at Cosmic Turle Hídeout, i have try on Atlas and Timekeeper's Hideout and i do not get this issue, it seem like this issue only happen in Cosmic Turtle Hideout

The only issue I have seek with the Cosmic weapon effect is instead of it's hit effect appearing around the enemy you hit when using spell on totems instead the hit effect floats above your head. Kinda seems weird to have a black & red cosmos cloud above my head as I run around when it should be on every enemy I hit with my flameblast totems.
