Where is Alva ? (No time like the present quest)

I can't have Alva within my hideout.
The reason is : I can't complete quest : "No time like the present".

Why ?
Because Alva does not pop anywhere on my maps within the 10 acts.
I run and run and run and run "The causeway" the last 3 hours.
Never see Alva .

What can i do to unlock her?

I have the same problem, has someone solved it?

League mechanics stop appearing in the campaign once you're 10+ levels above the area level.

You can randomly find Alva in act 10 or in maps, or you can use a scarab to force her to appear in a map.

I'll tell you how I decided this, I just bought a rusty scarab for alva, ran through the map and completed the task already on the map.
