In order to get rid of clearspeed meta cap global movement speed at 100% but make all skills instant so everything feels great.

This league is worse than Kalandra TBH. Regardless of how the passion fades away, I can't adapt to this league. Changes in Uber bosses' drop pool, Force us to deal with super mods monsters brought by the league mechanic, and also the Boring league mechanic, it's an awful playing experience for me. T17 maps with those mods are super powerful and even harder than Uber Uber Elder. Grinding for challenges IS NOT FUN AT ALL, players just doing repetitive tasks. Such a punishment league.

People will always complain, but as long as they are still playing the game, it proves you guys are great, keep it up.

Really good changes. I think these changes will solve most problems with the league mechanic. There's a real chance of the mod tier changes being completely broken in high end grave crafting though.
