"Final Pack spawns the Nameless Seer on death" doesn't work.

Still a bug.
Got the same issue on Bone Crypt. Killed all monsters. Did have a breach and Abyss which may have had something to do with it. The last creature I killed was an abyss bug. He didn't spawn. |

Same in Act V Ruined Square. I used the allflame ember that spawns gemling packs and combined it with the mod, so they would stand out visually. No seer.

The same thing happened to me last week. It's a common bug that seems to have existed the entire league, GGG have never achnowledged it.
