0.75 cast time on transfigured tornado is sort of bullshit. The actual damage doesn't scale with cast speed once you get 3 out so stacking cast speed is pointless for throughput but it's going to feel terrible to play with such a slow cast time.

Was looking forward to Poison Concoction of Bouncing solving the life flask sustain issue. The damage nerf is not a big deal, but the life flask charges consumed is what makes most this build so hard to play
