(PS5) Fractured Flask does not have effect

Hi,
I am using a fractured Chemist's Ruby Flash of Tenaciousness with the chance to avoid being stunned being fractured. Activating this flask does not increase my chance to avoid stuns on the character page. My other non-fractured flask with same suffix does have it's effect. Last bumped on Jan 27, 2024, 11:37:14 PM
