There are lower level PoBs from last league with characters I leveled for this purpose. Other than that, you can check out my character to keep up with progress. My current setup is enough for T16 maps.

What do you mean by "juiced"? The more damage reduction/Life you add to monsters, the more lag you get, the more likely you'll die or the instance will crash.

And no, Ultimatums require a better suited type of character.

I don't run Delirium because the lag gets too much. If that wasn't an issue, damage would be enough, it would just take longer. I think I got to wave 26 or 27 in Simu before the lag would inevitably catch up with me and make it impossible to go beyond that. It's kinda hard to dodge Kosis when the game updates your screen every few seconds. The lag was already near unplayably bad at wave 20.
