[3.23] Chieftain + Warlock = THE GIGA EXPLODER! MF in T16 maps on a 1.5d budget!

this build works again!

Basically in 3.25 this build is viable again, or maybe even better due to warcries rework! The only mandatory item will be new unique ring which gives Penance mark skill.

Yes, this build is back and looks very promising!

"The Hateful Accuser" is a unique ring that can be found via Ritual (not sure if boss-drop only?!) and grants us Penance Mark again (https://www.poewiki.net/wiki/Penance_Mark).

It depends on the actual values, but as our damage depends on monster-level, this will be even stronger in T17s!

I will update the pobs and info hopefully tonight!

For now, if you want to level only one character and transition to this build, just follow Pohx and his RF guide for the league start!

It will be very easy to transition from RF to this variant.

Already doing a Pohx RF Chief build but I find RF eventually gets a bit boring to play so excited to hear there's a viable transition to something like this!
