How useful is the belt for: "Your Minions spread Burning Ground on Death, dealing 20% of their maximum Life as Fire Damage per second" + minion instability + high minion health.
will there be a lot of damage to bosses? The ground effect doesnt stack and wont do much for bossing but its good for general clear.
