It just means the survey closed. Same happened to me I saw the email to late. It means they were interested in having you test the game and needed more info, but you checked the email to late and saw the survey after the survey already ended. That's why it says: This free & open-source survey has been closed.

Hope I will get the access for POE2 beta test.

I got into wave 2 of beta testing, which ended two weeks ago. FYI, I've never purchased a supporter pack, I've spent a modest amount on MTX, probably around $100 on tab purchases, never on cosmetics. I average about 3-4 hours playing time each day. So I'd say I got in by random draw. Don't give up hope of getting into beta if you're signed up.
