How is performance for you compared to the last league?
worse in terms of crashes, lag spikes.

On notebooks it playable, but still bad, and has been gettin worse every league for a while now
Vulcan have stable performance, but at the cost of not loading textures. I often get nuked by invisible stuff, the league garden is particulary terrible, tons of invisible effects and monsters being rendered mid-fight even after venturing into the content many times Directx lets me actually see whats happening, but at the cost of lag spikes if i cycle league contents, monsters preparing the skill and the screen freezing for a short time as the effect loads is infuriatingly common, at least game is good if i stick to the same general content Playing on 2 notebooks, one is an intel i7 11th gen, 16gb ram and nvidia rtx3050 and STILL suffers these issues at times
" Laptop hardware is a scam. While my PC was in maintenance I used GeForce Now on my laptop and was somewhat surprised how well it ran PoE. Might wanna give that a go The opposite of knowledge is not illiteracy, but the illusion of knowledge.

" Laptop hardware a scam? Hardly, more like GGG cant program shit to save their lives. The issue is likely the game not playing nice with specific pieces of hardware or specific driver combos Poe is the ONLY game i play that have performance issues that cant be solved by tweaking the settings. In a library of over 200 games on steam and other clients both mainstream and indie i saw some games with bad performance but poe is a beast on its own level. The undisputed champ on not only having piss-poor performance for the graphic quality it offers, but it also actively moves backwards instead of improving over time And its hardly just me, the legendary atrocious programing on this game is mentioned even on sites like tvtropes, they describe it: "how well the game will run after each big patch is about as random as the loot"
" Here I was thinking I am sharing some advice to a fellow gamer who is struggling on his hardware of choice, and I am served anecdotes from an informal website known for humor. You can have the same hardware part in a laptop and it'll be a slight variation of the desktop counterpart, because laptop hardware is built to use less energy. That comes at the cost of performance, which is evident to anyone who tried playing PoE on a laptop. You can blame GGG for a game not optimized for your sub-par hardware or do something yourself, your choice The opposite of knowledge is not illiteracy, but the illusion of knowledge.

" This "sub-par hardware" can run smootly pretty much any game of the current generation That informal website nevertheless lists legit points, and it listed the exact same issue, wich happens to be a known issue for a large part of the community for a long time, it shows its not a problem for one or two guys with "sub-par hardware" I listed my specs, its WAY higher than what one should need to play poe on a desktop, wich tells how the game optimization sucks for notebooks Dont take criticism towards GGG like it was directed to you buddy... no need to make(unfounded) bashes towards my rig because i sidestepped your tip(you see... programs like geforcenow, dell performance and lenovo vantage dont really offers anything for someone who experimented with system and ingame settings already...)
I mean we all know this game is horribly optimized. You don't need to convince people. There is definitely a level of expectation to manage if you are on a laptop.

" Don't misinterpret my words as being offended to your criticism of GGG. As stated you are playing on a laptop and cannot expect the same performance as on desktop hardware. Again, if you are serious about playing PoE on a laptop, cloud gaming is probably your best option (besides the obvious, which is a desktop pc...) Omitting launch day, performance has been solid. Can’t see any perf issues. Cpu/gpu 13/40
