I want a character as close to me as possible to increase immersion
The best would be to have male/female for all classes and change appearance too, but between being gender locked and having to choose a model, I prefer the latter
Role playing as a woman. Holy meat. How do people go though life when playing a Female Witch is too much for them :D

I guess because this game isnt about you? Its about what GGG had in mind when they created those characters.

People said it was about having to do twice the MTX and I offered a solution to that
If there are more issues I do not know

There absolutely more issues with that. If you add more body types you also have to fit every single MTX that was made and that will be made in the future to be equippable without clipping and weird glitches.
It's not "easy"
Other critically acclaimed game companies have had similar discussions. One which I remember from just this year was Deep Rock Galactic by Ghostship Games where people asked about female dwarves and they explained why it's too expensive to add now.

And 3 female (voluptuous, petite, and full)
Or something like that

Would that errase the Characters they allready made? I think its better that they created 7 individual chars instead of half-butting 3 of each gender.
Now we have 7 individual body types ( 6 if you wanna say Scion and Ranger are very simular ) and so much to choose from. Every char got his own story, his own reasoning and voicelines etc.
You could transfer these to any gender you like but, whats the fun about this? I don't get what your gain is.
