Where will the transfigured gems announced?

Yes, however its random gem. You cannot pick. And seeing how they shown in stream "100+ new gems", you will have less than 1% chance to get gem you want.
Ofc with trading it will be easy to get, but dont expect to have ur gem of a choice day 1 at lvl 30.
in trade, you just do 1 or 2 labs, get those random gems, put them on trade and exchange them with another dude that will have your gem ? pb solved ? completely different from enchant that had to go on the helmet you want. you absolutely can have it during acts

Yes, its ofc much easier. But chances you are getting your gem day one are still very small.

The problem is if its meta skill the demand will be high. After a week, sure but day 1 or 2 of the league? I wouldnt count on that.

Source implying that it was supposedly easy to get helmet enchant?

Not sure if you are trolling or are you really asking me this.
From what I understood you implied that GGG said/implied that helmet enchants were easy to get. I was asking for a source for that.

You get gems literally from same place you were getting helmet enchants.
Did you actually read what I wrote? I was referring to the Q&A. From what I remember its supposed to be fairly easy to get the gems you want.
No wonder it's lost, it's in the middle of the jungle!

By logic and compared to other content in the game it is probably fairly easy.

They said over 100 trans gems?. Dunno let's assume it will be 200. If normal Lab offers the chance to transform a gem every time and you get to choose from 3, it would be 1,5% to hit. It is probably less than 200 gems and you also get the chance to transform certain colors and get an outcome from that color...So very realistic outcome, if you run normal lab for several hours you will probably hit.
But if lab doesn't offer the option to transform a gem everytime then the odds would go down drastically of course.

IIRC only uber lab gives you option to pick gem of specific color. Normal one has the random ones.

In the Q&A they said only skills which are typically used as main damage dealers in 6links (dont remember the exact phrasing) will get transfigured versions. IIRC it was also explicitely mentioned that Auras and Heralds dont get any.

That is already not true so idk why did they say that. They gave us both Frost Bomb and Flame Dash. Last time I checked people dont run those with 6-link

Ok, but if you get the random one every time in normal and every gem has the same odds to appear it would still be harmless compared to other droprates in the game and it would actually be viable in ssf to farm your desired skill gem for a couple of hours.
