Ban situation

Hey there I wonder few questions :
how many accounts can i have ?
is there something like IP ban in this game ?
if IP ban exist after how many account ban will i get IP ban ?

Account = Path of exile Copy
Do I get it right
I mean I got one device with 1 copy of Path of exile Client using different accounts created using different email addresses.
And there are still those 2 questions :
Can I get IP ban (so I will get an auto ban whenever I create/play from this IP)?
Will having a few bans will get me an IP ban?

you can have 2 instances of the game open per PC, and that would be one account per instance, you may NOT control both at the same time, it requires a seperate set of inputs (no multi boxing/key cloning)

An IP ban dose very little becuase of VPN's even when they ban your account you are told that you are welcome to make a new account if you like (just no cheating)

The last time there was an IP ban it wasn't an individual IP ban but large area blanket bans on places that are rife with bots.

So in theory I could create as many accounts as I can.
As long as I don't play on 2 of them at the same time or "no multi-boxing/key cloning".
So basically can create 5 accounts with each using one "third-party software".
After some time I will get banned from some of them and will make sure what third-party software commonly used by players is considered illegal and which is not.
And of course, I know that GGG said many times they are not willing to tell which one is bannable but does it make sense if I can get this info the other LEGAL way?
Or my understanding is wrong and making anything of this process illegal ???
P.S.
I would love to play this game i dont mind even if u ban my account and the process of trying it back was yes "was" that's all I'm willing to say.
But playing the normal game, not SSF and not using some third-party software when other players are using it is mh.
You can ban this account if u want for whatever reason if u find it reasonable.
I just wanna play game....
