I actually went back to the first video on the playlist; it was a blast from the past! Your son was a sharp kid, well-spoken, but not an attention-hog, like some youngsters. I hope you two get to play PoE again when he's not pressed with college issues. =^[.]^=

Joined Nov 2010... so 13 years now. That is crazy to think about. Went back through and read some of my posts from the 2011 beta testing and found it pretty funny how we were discussing how strong Cleave was back then. Also we were doing races even back in beta. I forgot all about those.

Also going back and reading some of my suggestions is pretty comical how bad some of my takes were. 'Can we get an orb that drops and changes the color of a gem so we can change the color of a skill instead of the color of a socket" is just amazing. I still swear by the game leaving FFA looting was never a good decision and how we should get instanced loot. But I understand how hard it would be to balance 6 man groups fully juicing a map and then getting 6x the amount of loot.

Thanks for saying that. Yeah, he's a pretty good kid, if I say so myself. We don't really play POE together anymore (he's moved on to other games), but he and I and his older brother are playing together through Baldur's Gate right now while they're at college. A family who games together stays together, I say. :)

Well, at least you're keeping the family flag planted in Wraeclastian soil. I met the girl I eventually married while gaming, so, yeah, that fits. And I finished watching that playlist yesterday. Good times, those. =^[.]^=
