Auto-Organize Inventory Button

After playing Last Epoch for a while, I became pretty used to being able to click a button and have it sort my inventory. It'd be a nice addition to poe if you guys were able to add this function.

edit: and because ggg won't let me mention the obvious result ot total automatisation of a game, i want you to find it out yourself.

AUto sort for quad bags is needed lol. why would you care. If Im doing Chaos recipes etc its needed lol.

in general i don't like auto sort in games as there are things i prioritize as more useful and things i want easy access to, so i have them in the same spots, auto sort (in all the game i've played that has had it) ALWAYS messes that up

Luckily for you, lagwin1980, you wouldn't be forced to use this feature if it was added, so why don't you just go do something else, other than trying to force people to play the same way you play.

I don't think we should log in in the current "buttons" way, only through the console command.
This is my biggest complaint when it comes to simplifying the game.

Fair point, if you were truly about this way of looking at things, you would also agree with me when I say the visuals in this game would be better if replaced by descriptive text.

Tell me....how would this work? How would a "sort" function even function in a game like this. Especially in a Quad tab, where it might be most useful.

Sort by value? Value is arbitrary.
Sort by size? That's totally useless
Sort by rarity? Again, useless
Sort by item type? I guess this would kinda work, except that all the ACTUALLY difficult stuff to find would STILL be difficult to find if you sort this way.

No....what I would RATHER have is a few more affinities that you can assign to premium tabs. It would be great if I could set a tab for "rare jewelry". But at the end of the day, that would save me very very little time for a LOT of work on the developer end.

That's probably less than an hours work to be fair :p but I don't think they will do it because the demand for such an affinity would be pretty low as is.

^yea...after typing it I thought it might be a pretty simple task: considering all the items are already tagged, they would just need to "tag" the box the same way they did all the other affinities and link it to the already created list.

Even I can write a simple sorting program like that lol.
