I appreciate the response oldwolfsoul.
The only thing that I can think of that we haven't tried is creating a character in the temporary leagues and getting the waypoints that way but it shouldn't matter. |

Did you got the ones before killing Innocence in act V?

Yes we have, those were the ones we initially missed in our first playthrough but we went back for them on a new character and brought our old characters in. Then we got all of the waypoints including those two on the new characters.

I remember back when I was doing it those exact two points were screwing me.

Thanks for your reports.
This achievement is currently bugged and requires you to have the waypoint in the Halls of the Dead area in Ancestor League. We'll work on a fix but in the meantime you can still obtain it in Ancestor League. | |

It seems to still be bugged in Necro League.
