Helmet attachment MTX visual bugs

Arcane Halo - helmet attachment MTX not working, it takes up the slot does but not show up.

Iridescent Helmet Attachment - shows up as the maximum level from the challenge rewards even though I don't have it. I only have the lvl 1 version but the appearance is lvl 4.

Stalker Wings - back attachment gets partially hidden / clipped by the Purple Pendant of Willpower - amulet mtx

Its happens on DX11 and DX12 , on Vulcan only the wings have issue.
