[SOLVED] Can't level up gems even though I have all requirements

Hi,
As the title says, can't level up some gems even though I do have all the requirements, as you can see by the attached image.  EDIT: (Can't get the img tag to work, link is https://pasteboard.co/wZGrshy748Vl.png) The gem requirements aren't even in red. Any idea why this is happening?
