What wrong with this game?

My laptop before update play this pretty good with 90-100fps but after update, my fps always drop into 30-10. It drops so much when monster spawn or some1 spam their skill @@ can i get any way to solve this ?

I'm really sorry to hear about those fps numbers, I hope they come up with a fix.

I've tried to change between DX11 & 12 but it still lagging, and when i change to vulkan, my game crashes and i have to clear cache again |

Well, players got responses from staff members that the devs apparently know that something is terribly off after last patch.

" The last patch already cleared your cache with the quality and performance upgrade and you need to give the game time to regather all the cache files. Your game runs like trash cause you basically load everything for the first time again which causes lags. Cache exists to minimize the loading times because your client don't has to re render and load everything over and over again from scratch, so deleting the files is the last thing you ever want to do. like pashid said, don't clear the cache.
poe comes with some precompiled shaders and compiles the other shaders on demand, means when you enter a area that needs them and put them in the cache. this "on the fly" rendering takes some gpu time the first time you enter an area but it should go away the more you play. age and treachery will triumph over youth and skill!

" Agree, I have been playing a few maps per night this week to help build up the cache again. Took me about 20 maps and I tried to do a little of everything, 1 delirium, 1 harvest, etc etc to get a wide variety of things loaded. Just when I thought I had it all I did a crucible and didn't just stutter and freeze I crashed straight to desktop. Imo play now and play as many different maps as you can with all the mechanics, it should smooth out over time (and you want to get this out of the way before league launch of course).
