Yes, it seems to me like the attribute/charge jewels are very easy to get, and the other ones are more rare, but gettable with persistence. RNG may have skewed my data set, but I think this sample size is starting to approach a level where a pattern is identifiable. Though it is hard to know with only this amount of trials whether all the rare jewels have the same weighting or maybe some are more rare again, like golden rule perhaps.
Before I focused on crimsons with the threads advice, I was able to get these from the other types - From about 100 vaals.
