I'm fine slowing down in PoE2 but ...

I don't mind they making the campaign progress a bit slow with them limiting movement skill in PoE2 and such ... but GGG please bring back up to speed in the endgame though? Since PoE1 and PoE2 shares the same endgame ... Don't bring down the speed with the endgame too come on man ...

We(mostly) play PoE to fantasize our character powerful and speedy in the endgame for sure, if we pump all the gear to so expensive and yet still not as fast as PoE1 endgame used to be ... what's the point of playing anymore if I can't feel the good dopamine adrenaline I felt before when having HH buff running around in map insanely fun?

I know "NO FUN ALLOWED" meme is funny in PoE but ... please know your limit nerfing the "FUN" okay GGG?

I don't think you can have all the fireworks all lit at the same time. But you can have AI drones giving a better, more efficient, way of doing the same thing.

And it's easier on the brain.

if you know thank me:) i'm dying to find out x'D
Chris often mentioned the vison GGG originally had for poe. He also implied that is not what the current pacing of the game is. I assume it's going to slow down, and frankly I don't mind because depending on the build it can be quite a strain on the eyes and a mess when it comes to readability.

Zoomzoom should, ideally, exist within and have content tailored towards it.

However, using it as the baseline for endgame has flow-on effects which are directly responsible for a lack of tactical combat, and forcing the devs to resort to one-shot style design mechanics.

There's a time and a place for it, and ideally a portion of the atlas/endgame should be tailored towards that experience. But the expectation that it should be the baseline of the entire game has been 100% detrimental, and this makes the teasers very promising.

Most one shots are not one shots though. The fact that one shots are possible is a result of stacking damage mods and a “no restrictions” philosophy that also swings towards some super fun build interactions and mechanics when it comes to players.
Maybe they'll slow it down a lot, then nerf mob density so they can introduce MOUNTS and mount mtx ayyy hohoo

incase you've not been awake for the last year+ they are moving towards a slower game overall.
The speed at the end game is the problem so many of the players complaining about stuff directly related to the speed of things, visual clarity, one shots, performance ALL of that will be much less of a concern if things are slowed down.

Source? Most people play these games for character building. That's kinda the point. Sure, going fast is nice but it's also pretty homogenous. Don't get me wrong, I know homogeny is what people want. All AOE, all zoom, etc. But idk, it's weird to blame the devs for wanting to make their game a little unique again.
