can anyone help to solve this? just delete that crimson jewel and then i can remove this large cluster

Try inserting a medium cluster into one of the sockets of the large one, will a stuck jewel appear?

You need to place a Voices jewel (specifically this!) in that jewel socket. It does not matter how many passive nodes it takes up.
