They tend to be less than helpful for issues related to gameplay, at least initially. Email them back with a link to this thread if you didn't include it to start with. That way they can at least see that some effort has been made by other players to help you to no avail.

did all that.posted in bug section with big caption GAME BREAKING BUG,and got zero reply. emailed them with the same title as well as a link to that bug report post,and they replied
" do they? theres no indication/aFFirmation that they even read the post,and theres TONS oF other bug related post there. maybe its time For me to stop playing though. this league sux anyway. LOL! |

Getting actual support from support for much of anything other than account issues/store purchases/etc can be a bit of a hamster wheel lol. They're very responsive to those kinds of things, but other stuff...much less so.
Your problem is a bit of a headscratcher though. I can't think of anything else for you to do to fix it yourself, other than wait for league end and use your free full respec on Standard at next league start. Maybe that's what they intend for you to do as well. Who knows? Tough spot for your char, regardless. I have a pretty good sense of humor. I'm not German.

the ONLY thing i havent tried yet is to level up and see whether i can allocate the passives.however,based on how my pasives are practically locked,i doubt i can do that.this league is totally over For me though.i mean,i cant even use scour on crucible passives.can you imagine how stupid that is? LOL!

Sounds kinda ridiculous and seems to need someone from GGG to resolve this.

the dev stop reply to that section as too many false positive, and people that ignore the sticky that told the people that don't post duplicate and follow the instruction to post screenshot and bug ref number

" They read every single thread there. Just because it doesnt a have a reply saying they have passed the issue on doesnt mean it wasnt read. I understand getting the confirmation that they are aware of the issue is nice but it wont always happen. |
