cant remove TWO impossible escape

i accidentally socketed 2 impossible escape that overlaps.
1) impossible escape elemental equilibrium 2) impossible escape vaal pact  as you can see,burning brutality node overlaps between these 2. now,i cant remove either oF the jewel. ive tried 1) restarting the game 2) tried to use refund passive on burning brutality(the one that is overlapped),deadly draw or heavy draw.it cannot be done. 3) tried to refund passives on any other nodes.it cannot be done as well here is the location of the impossible escape   i cant even remove any other socketed jewel.it just stucked Last edited by lordzelzard#5271 on May 3, 2023, 9:28:57 AM Last bumped on May 6, 2023, 7:50:22 AM

Try to replace EE escape with any other jewel

like i said.i cant remove any jewel.i cant even substitute that impossible escape jewel with any other jewel.

Did you use Thread of Hope in that part of the passive tree? If you have one, try inserting into the socket at the bottom to reach the allocated passives (burning brutality,deadly draw and heavy draw) and refund them.

nope.cant socket any jewel into that empty socket.cant remove or add any type of jewel and that includes thread of hope

unlearn all passives in the radius granted by impossible to escape

Kinda funny. try emailing support and see if they can do anything about this. I think I have seen them help in similar scenarios before.

Yeah, I'd say email support as well. But they might also just point you right back to this forum for help. It may take some effort on your part to get them to look into it.

emailed them.and they replied exactly like you said. holy crap.i thought they would care For a game breaking bug such as this. i mean,literally all trees,including ascendancy trees was locked and cannot be changed.
