Shadow banned

So now its only a matter of time before this is brought to your attention from the hundreds of other gamers im whispering from trade website. Theyre all sending me invites in regards to the whispers im sending and i cannot join to complete the trade. I also cannot successfully invite the person im trying to buy from either. We can messages but cant trade or group. This is coming after i myself and several other friends and guildmates have watched global chat and trade and my messages arent being shown publicly. Im literally shadow banned. So im going to keep doing my window shopping on trade website. Only a matter of time now before everyone gets angry for not being able to join up to complete their trades with me. So 2 days now and i cannot recieve offers or join groups for trades. Here come another 200 whispers cause i need chaos orbs now

Annoying that i also have to say this as its not obvious that its the first thing to do. Yes i have restarted logged out restarted modem bla bla bla all the above. Nothing its bot from my end, my isp already been to my house 3 times this week SPECIFICALLY DUE TO THIS

Ok so ive managed to inform the 300 people whom im whispering that im shadow banned and have given them this link so they can also plead my case as now im just annoying everyone with trade whispers as i STILL CANNOT TRADE. So hopefully a few of them will show support as im now bringing them away from their game for a trade that wont even work. Not my fault though as ive been trying to resolve this for days now.

Im still being shadowed and hidden from trade website whata worse is i have sent over 10 emaila to your support email and no response. 1. Im definitely being hidden and its during certain times. I have video proof as well as more than a handful of regular players on console who can condrim theyre not finding my items in trade. I mean posting divine orbs for 1 wisdom scroll if ypu can find it in trade and nobody can find it is more than suspect

Also the offers im sending out on trade website are going unanswered. Im spamming then on purpose just to see and if 60 people not 1 person invites me or messages me back? Bruhhh come clean whats the deal

So does yalls boss know my support tickets have been unanswered for close to a week now? I pay to support, figured yall could atleast return my emails... Yall wonder why people go full tilt in the forums and this is why. Yooo i just kicked someone from my guild and for whatever reason that solved my problem. I dont k ow or understand how someone being online in my guild prrvented from receiving whispers, invites or trades. But as soon as i kicked this person i immediately started receiving offers like normal and global chat along with trade were both full of conversation. So you guys should make a note of this. Its some type of guild bug and i only discovered it by accident. So if youre having the same issues and lead a guild it may be the same issue for you. Anyway just glad i know now.
