Explorer's Scouting Report for white and yellow tier missions give red-tier maps

I am rolling for uncompleted maps in white and yellow tiers, and I am getting maps that are only naturally found in red tier maps.



To add, there are no watchstones, you can not get a natural yellow-tier Beach map.


Here I completed a yellow tier Tropical Island despite the map is at minimum tier 15.

This isn't a bug. Maps for Kirac missions are not limited by tiers/color on your atlas.

Can you provide a source? As far as I remembered it was not limited upwards, as in white/yellow maps could appear as red maps but not the other way around.

Wish the PoeWiki had better documentation on this :/

Previously yellow missions only gave natural T11 or lower maps, white probably natural T6 or lower but not exactly sure. Now there are no limits after using Explorer's report.
