[3.24] Ice Shot / Lightning Arrow Deadeye (Or Tornado Shot) - 400%+ MS, League Start Viable!

I have a boots that my spark was using. It's tailwind/onslaught boots with 80 life, 45 fire res and 35 movement

Will the tailwind mod gonna be useless because of the gathering winds ascendency?

Should I just sell it and just craft a different boots?
i can clear pretty fast with this build but die super easily still, capped res. Not sure what to improve next with this build. Dying in tier 1 maps.

make sure you have 100% spell suppress, flasks well rolled and high chance to evade.

Then and only then you should prioritize more life.
Trying this build for the first time and I love it so far. I am just melting my way through the campaign!
Hey, i'm a bit new to the game, so far the guide is understandble and looks really rgeat, but as I am leveling and wathcing the different pob trees, I don't seem to understand where is the mana sustain ? Is it ONLY the leech nodes ? I see myself going oom quite often, having to play with mana flask, am I missing something ? :)

I'm currently yellow mapping and having a mana flask incase of but as you have mana reservation for Grace & Purity so you don't have a lot of mana so mana leech should be enough as it is

If you are struggling I would suggest imo to take another node of mana leech for the time being
-mana cost Elreon crafts are quite necessary if you don't want to have mana problems
I'm getting into red maps now and I'll be working on upgrading gem levels.

What items should I prioritize next?


Can someone explain to me in the easiest to comprehend way possible, why the ballista count is set to 20 for the poj amount and not 4 for the ballista amount?

Is it proj amount for count when using Ballista's and everything else like totems is number of totems for count or what?

The way I understand it, it's an arrow count. Artillery ballista = 5 arrows, 2 from ascendency, 1 from multishot, 2 from Piercing shots, 1 from master fletcher for 11 arrows. 11 arrows * 3 ballistas = 33. 20 is just an estimate on how many land.
