Help with crafting item

So first off my bad if I might not make complete sense of this like most ppl...and I'm on console so I didn't know if I could link an item on here. I'm a lvl 95 RF jugg from Pohx setup and this is my second season in poe.

I have a set of apoth gloves with 18 percent dot and I finally aug rolled a 21 percent life regen rolled and not sure what to do next. It's the only mod so far on the gloves and I thought I could fracture it but fracture orbs are literally going for 10d on console which I don't have so idk what to do next. I still need fire exposure as well on them so I'm guessing I will roll those over the dot dmg. It's just hard doing this on console cause there isn't a lot of ppl crafting or selling and the prices are just crazy. I have a set of gloves on now that are 16 percent life regen and 18 dot I believe.
