You cannot do this action while muted

Hey I just logged on today, and tried to make a group. It says I can't do this while muted. I have no reason to be muted, I can speak in trade channel, global, whispers. I saw someone mentioned it on here and a GGG member saw it and was able to unmute them. Can you please help me out

I'm also muted as of yesterday? No idea. Noticed it sometime in the A.M. EST when I couldn't change party title. Still muted I see as I can't contact or trade anyone. Please fix thank you.

Im having this issue aswell. I was assuming it was because I keep getting disconnected from parties.. who knows hopefully its the same tech issue everyone else is having

I'm having the same issue, its says "you cannot do this action while muted" and everyone also shows offline. Not sure what's going on, im on ps5 and barely use any chats at all because it simply takes too long to type, lol. Hopefully they fix whatever bug this is because it's really annoying.
