ok, another question. how does your shako version get 100% skill effect duration on despair?

So i have been trying the build and i kind of understand the mechanic but the cast speed required to hit the cap has been a puzzle for me with awakened spell cascade included.
Should i reach 7 cast per second on the Despair Curse itself to reach the cap with 20% CDR on belt ?
Or am i already overcapped if we consider the overlapping of cascade ?

Don't need any investment for cast speed
Next cdr breakpoint is 52, So you should get cdr at least 52 first
Then go to awk cascade

You should switch to shako version (27+)

Am i right, that blast is never applied to cursed with despair monsters, cause blast is after the despair rnding. What is the sequence of 1 iteration?
