Well I assume because that is how the management of GGG wants it to be.

These investigations are done by the "account investigation team" and they only have the "manpower" that they get from GGG management.
So you will have to wait until it's your turn in their queue. "Record" is 3+ weeks.

That is correct when dealing with normal support queue. I would assume the same goes for the BAN appeal queue.....

there poe not have suport service , very bad and slow service , he just make transactions and make a lot money , but not think about players
