Update, qbit is working, transmission is not

In addition to the elemental resistance modifiers displaying on the monster life bar, can we - now that loot goblins aren't pre-identifiable - get some kind of clear visual indicator when they fall below 10% life (or 20% if we have that one slayer passive?) 14% life or so looks very similar to 10% on the life bar as it displays (actually 20% looks pretty similar to 10% on the mini one that hovers over an enemy vs the one we get when the cursor pops up), and it becomes very annoying if you have Cull linked to a secondary skill or especially a weapon swap >.>

We know that, but some GGG staff said on reddit it could be available before the launch.
