People usually use Lifetap (300% ) + Second Wind (200% ) to help and you can gain 84%. but overall it's very hard to use. I also try it xD.

Another trick is Memory Vault Helmet + Curse of Champion Anointment, You can get around 98%. But it will die easily lol.

Good idea for the Memory Vault.

Generally we have to replace the -24% res efficiency from the ring with other similar mods. Memory Vault has -20% so we just remove 2x 2% from jewels and the result is the same. At least for the reservation efficiency but... If you do that, the total dmg drops by approximately 35~40%.
As for the supports... I came to the conclusion that the Second Wind (anomalous) and Added Fire dmg are the best two you can use. Then the third support depends on how you distribute your Res efficiency - you can put Ele prolif as I did or use Combustion but it will add more multiplier to the reservation, etc...

I hope something new comes up soon so I can make an update. Until then - ideas are welcome here in the comments.
