Thinking change my wand first, then get stones lvl 21. Than better items, because have small overcap of resists (100-105%). is there any sense to craft "Can have up to 3 Crafted Modifiers" for my shield or its a crap and better change it?

Any advices?

Before switching to a rare wand always calculate your new wand against a 30% crit 18% attack speed Piscator wand in PoB.

The rare wand has to be very very good to compete against a well rolled Piscator.

yep, i regulary trying to find something better in trade, but hothing intresting there for this moment. Thinking to spam fossils or essence, maybe get lucky.

Oh, by the way, what Pantheon skills do you use? I took Soul of the Brine King and Soul of Garukhan

Personally I picked the big anti degen and the small anti bleed Pantheon.

I am using Purity of Elements for most part so freeze does not matter.

Still getting used to the playstyle, still learning when to summon KB vs PS seems to be the trickier part for me.

Maybe there are situations where you cast a few PS among a bunch of KB totems as well.

I found a new dedicated method to craft a really good wand which is ~14% better than the best Piscator you can buy.

Cost: couple chaos for the fractured base, 4 div for the meta mods, some essences, 1 exalt for spell damage as chaos and a couple of chaos for mana.

1. You need a fractured 38% crit chance ilvl 85+ imbued wand (cheapest fracture). The fractured 19% attack speed one would of course be better. Then you would use the crit essences instead of attack speed essences.
2. You use the highest Essence of Zeal (17-18 attack speed)
3. You need zero suffixes other than crit + attack speed. Basically the wand must have at least 1 open prefix (prefixes that are whatever) and 2 suffixes (crit+attack speed). It is probably cheapest just to use another Zeal and hope you only roll prefixes. You need 1 open prefix though!
4. Craft 3 crafted mods (suffix) and suffixes cannot be changed (prefix)
5. Veiled Chaos Orb

You will most likely end with an item like this:



6. Craft Spell Damage+Chaos.
7. Craft Mana
8. Unveil Elemental Pen.

Going to reroll, selling my pieces.

I think if I were to recraft them, I'd do Amethyst Rings instead of Cerulean, the only times I was dying was to Chaos things.
