Yeah the chances were likely nerfed with the changes to unique drops. Working as intended.
If you want to test the actual unique rate you can chance/scour belts about 10,000 times and then compare that to previous data. |

As with many RNG related issues in PoE, you need a lot more than 500 trials to be able to concretely conclude anything. For example, let's say that the chance for a Chance orb to give a unique is 1/100 (this is a huge oversimplification and in most cases is much higher than the actual chance). After 500 attempts, the chance to not have a unique is (1-1/100) ^ 500 = 0.66%. Of course, this is unlucky, but you would expect 1 in around 150 people to see these odds.
