Why is pathofmatth banned?

Honestly, you guys went too far on this ban. He vented on his twitch. There's nothing wrong with that. He didn't say this on your forums or in game.

I'm think it wasn't just for pure toxicity but I wish it was. If it was, I hope it is just a start to detox this community to a more acceptable standard.

I get it. The point here is if he said this in forums or in game, that's fine to ban him because it's in their terms and conditions.

Know what freedom speech is? He did not say this on this forums or in game so why is he banned here? That's just abusing powers, silencing, and declining his freedom speech right.
What? I can't believe they banned Matth. For the 'crafting is dead' videos??? Complete overreaction from GGG imo

mean they have the right to ban who ever they want since it's their game. not 100% sure though but i think it does.

Freedom of speech typically applies to government restrictions. GGG is a private company, and probably makes it clear in its ToS what is and isn't acceptable.
Banning someone from the game for making a comment on twitch is really Orwellian.

If someone was making comments in game or on the forums sure, but if it really is for a screenshot of some comments on another platform that's way over the top.

Yeah it's their game and they can ban you if they don't like what you say. What if you get banned for same thing? Maybe you would be fine with it but I am not. In almost every game, they always have that term for saying they have right to ban you for any reason and they aren't obliged to explain why for a good reason. With these terms, they can't be sued. But honestly, this is easy lawsuit(i doubt matth would go for it) especially because he paid for packs and get banned over something outside of this game and its forums.

@GGG, at least refund him. If you ban him, you must ban everyone else who said bad things about you, Chris, or this game. You care only enough to ban him because he's the streamer and you are afraid. Coward.

PoM could have just held his tongue. its his fault for ranting out in the public for all to see like a fool.
the same things can and do happen if you're an employee and get too carried away - you get fired.

people need to stop proclaiming every feeling, detail, private and personal thing on social medias. but at least if you do, respect and expect consequences.
