I have a suggestion:
Create a different type of enemies like "Epic", make them archnemesis and put it on a map modifier (so we can add roll them like when we are ready to deal with them), remove AN from the all the rares, put back drops = poe is fun again 3.23 was the best league of all time (an absolute banger)
