Very impactful indeed, totally makes up for 90% reduction in all loot as well as the deletion of the few usefull harvest crafts left(and nerfing some others that didnt get deleted by 10 times or more lol) and exalt/divine swap with almost no sources of divines so there's no way to craft good gear or reroll stats on something half-decent ... Also just delete archnemesis already, almost everyone hates it and too many mod stacking make for annoying combinations still after several nerfs, the old rare mods worked perfectly fine and were easier to understand...
