Yes, the Lv 97 Scavenger is my actual character from this league. Good choice for mapping.

On page 1 there is a gearing guide that will show you the order and importance of each piece.

Have fun with the build. Every league, I decide that I am going to try something new but always come back to this build. Kelvynn has done a great job and is very helpful here.

Come back next league and try the trickster out as well!

Looking up on Poewiki says the jewel is only available through sheer luck through vaaling. Any luck getting one of your own?

That jewel was removed from the game in 3.20. I don't think it's obtainable anymore.

I assumed that jewel was in the POB to represent a generic jewel that had some Mana Reservation Efficiency, until you got some from the Sovereignty wheel.
